Overview

The Customer shall verify the quantity and condition of all products at the point of delivery. Acceptance of delivery constitutes confirmation that the goods conform to the order. The Supplier shall not be liable for returns or refunds once delivery has been completed.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 0–24 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Coverage We currently deliver within Edo State and Delta State(Bulk). Delivery outside Edo State may be arranged upon special request.

3. Delivery Timeframe Edo State: 1–2 business days Delta State: 1 -3 business days Remote locations may take longer. NB: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, road conditions, or unforeseen logistics challenges.

4. Shipping Fees Shipping costs are calculated based on: Delivery location Free delivery may apply for large-volume orders (subject to company discretion).

5. Order Tracking Customers will receive confirmation via phone, SMS, or email once the order has been dispatched.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery Customers must inspect goods upon delivery. **Any damage or shortages must be reported immediately and noted before signing the delivery confirmation**.

7. Failed Delivery If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.
